FAQ's
The following are frequently asked questions asked of the GIN support team. We will
add additional questions and answers to this page as needed. If you have a question
that is not answered below, please
contact for assistance.

Q: My application did not seem to go through...I do not have access to the GIN
website?
A: Please call your credit card and have the "Block" removed. It is very common for
credit card companies to routinely block large international transactions and they will
need confirmation and authorization from the cardholder to accept the transaction.

Also, please check your emails (and your spam folder).  GIN sends a welcome email
and within it, is a blue link that needs to be clicked on to "activate" your membership.

If either of these does not appear to be the cause, please
contact GIN to inform them
of a technical glitch. It will be resolved on their end.

Q: I don't have a Visa or MasterCard. Is there any other way to pay?
A: Usually one can get a prepaid Mastercard or Visa to cover initial dues and monthly
fee. Prepaid cards can be found at grocery stores, pharmacies, or large department
stores. Alternatively, you may send payments by check or  money order. When you are
filling out the membership application, the mailing address will show up as an option on
the payment page.

Q: Can I send a check or money order to sign up?
A: Yes. When you are filling out the membership application, the mailing address will
show up as an option on the payment page.

Q: Is the there a discount if a spouse or family member wants to join?
A: Yes, the primary person can go into their GIN account & add 1 person for $150
initiation dues and thereafter $30 monthly. You will both share the same membership
level and downline (if you join others to GIN).

Q: I cannot connect on GIN's Teleconference call
A:  Please check with your local phone carrier...some have restrictions. For instance,
"Bell Canada" is one such carrier. "MagicJack" also restricts calls.

Q: Can I make monthly payments toward the initial sign up fee?
A:Yes, the payment plan is option #1 on the membership application.

Q: When attempting to sign up it will not accept my credit card information.
A: Be sure everything is entered correctly, your credit card number should not have any
spaces or dashes, please try to sign up again.
Some credit card companies routinely
flag international, Internet purchases, so please check with your credit card company.
Sometimes they require verbal authorization to allow the transaction through.

Q: I cannot afford the $1000 initial sign up fee at this time.
A: You can join the affiliate program for free and use the payout towards membership
fees to sign up.
You can also join using the payment plan (option #1 on the application)

Q: Can I become an affiliate and eventually become a member later?
A: Yes, you will be able to become a member after signing up as an affiliate.

waived?

check.

A: Neo-Tech and GIN are totally separate, although there are many people who are
members of both organizations.
